Projects
Alongside the FOOD2050 platform, we run projects that put the same idea to work in the field — from a quick climate check for any menu to a public catering pilot serving millions of plates.
01 — Climate check for menus
Most restaurants and canteens know their menus could be better for the climate — few know by how much, or where to start. MenuCheck answers that in minutes. No recipe details, no onboarding: a menu in, a climate reading out.

02 — Public catering pilot · Canton Vaud
Health and climate targets are easy to write and hard to serve. In the canton of Vaud we work with collective catering kitchens to turn those targets into dishes that hold up in real service — ordered, cooked, eaten and paid for.

03 — Swiss recipe transformation initiative
Don't reinvent the menu — improve what millions already eat. Together with science, gastronomy and technology partners, we take the most-served recipes in Swiss community catering and make them healthier, more climate-compatible and practical for real kitchens. Every change is weighed against what matters in service: nutrition, environmental impact, cost and feasibility.
