Globalization and the constant pursuit of growth within the food world have created a divide between consumers, operators and producers. Although much more attention is paid nowadays to how to behave more sustainably, the choices remain difficult. In addition the world's population growth demands a dietary shift and new methods of production to change the impact on our planet and food security.
It’s time to disrupt the food system by bringing in transparency for all stakeholders and reward the ones that are really driving positive change.
